No. Fluency Hub Online is 100% online. You join live classes from home via Zoom, with a qualified Australian teacher and classmates from around the world. We also have a campus in Surry Hills, Sydney, if you ever want to visit.
📊 What level should I start at?
Take our free 10-minute placement test and we'll give you an exact CEFR level (A1, A2, B1, or B2). If you're brand new to English, start at A1 — no test needed.
💰 How much does it cost?
Courses start from affordable monthly plans. We offer regional pricing for Latin America and flexible payment options (credit card, Boleto, PIX, OXXO). Contact us on WhatsApp for your country's pricing.
🕐 When are classes scheduled?
We run classes across multiple time zones to suit Latin America, Europe and Asia. You'll see the schedule when you enrol and choose what works for your week.
📹 What happens if I miss a class?
All lessons are recorded and available on Moodle. You can also practice anytime with our AI Grammar and Speaking bots, and do the written exercises at your own pace.
⏱️ When is the test done?
The test can be completed before starting the course. We also conduct evaluations after 12 weeks to track your progress.
❌ Can I cancel the course?
Yes. Payments are non-refundable. To cancel, you must notify us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

Yes, all digital materials are included.
